eTicket has been specifically made to integrate with the OSTicket Support Ticket System (http://osticket.com). We have made this app initially for ourselves and thought wed share what weve made.

To use this app, you MUST have the OSTicket Support Ticket System running on a web server and have access to upload API files to the system. (Please contact us if you do not understand prior to purchasing.)

With this app, you have the ability to view all open tickets, assigned (to you) tickets, and closed tickets. You can reply, assign the ticket, close the ticket, re-open the ticket, or create new tickets all within the app.

With very little changes, you can also receive push notifications when you have new tickets submitted to your system, replies to your tickets, or tickets assigned to you. Additionally, you can turn these notifications off within the app, or pick and choose which notifications you wish to receive.

Great and handy tool
If you want to access your tickets on the run, this app is much better then using mobile safari on the iPhone! The push notification is a neat feature, if you do not get mail notification is could be a real game changer for you. But there is room for improvements: Some tickets doesnt show the complete texts (specially if they are long) and it doesnt show attached files (sometimes). The support is great! Even if you ask theme something before you download (buy) the App. Quick and friendly response... Thumbs up!!!
Not worth the money
Over 2 weeks ago I gave the support the possibility to react to my bug information - nothing came back. The notification push function does not work! Everything inside the ticketsystem has been changed as supplied inside their wiki - no chance. Displaying tickets is VERY buggy. Most of the time it does not initially show the open tickets. Youll have to click on one of the filters (the filter does not filter in that moment) so that the tickets will be shown. Special signs like german umlauts are not displayed correctly! This is awful because many tickets cannot be read proberly. Too bad I gave them the option to reply so I guess that I wont get my money back.
Good start
I was so excited when I found this app! And... Its o...k... Its very slow almost unresponsive I often have to close it and reopen it because all tickets disappear and thats the only way to get them back. The real problem is just the speed. On an iPhone 6 plus it takes me 3 seconds to switch from my tickets to open tickets and I have to click it several times. As is I can not use this app but will leave it installed in the hope of updates and for now my mobile staff will just have to rely on email.
Works great!
We use Osticket all the time this app works as an extension for the Osticket software. We get push notifications on new and updated tickets, assign tickets, respond to tickets. It works well.
